 We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Birthofhiphop. We would be happy to issue a store credit for any returned merchandise. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sale. At Birthofhiphop, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. 

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Store Credit for Returns: We’d be happy to issue a store credit for any returned merchandise.
  • No Returns/Exchanges on Sale Items: Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for sale items.

Refunds:

  • Change of Mind or Wrong Selection: We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.
  • Refund Requests: You can request a refund on goods sold within 30 days of receipt (postmarked date). For international returns, we allow up to 45 days of receipt (postmarked date).

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • The item is not used.
  • The item is not damaged.
  • The item is returned with its original receipt.

Additional Conditions:

  • If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return and refund.
  • For item returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
  • International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly-priced items.

Exchanges:

You can request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied based on our policy.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

1. Contact Us: Before starting the return process, please contact us at shopsupport@birthofhiphop.com. 

2. Get a Return Number: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Send Your Item: Once you have the RMA number, you can return your item to the address we provide.
